I'm proud to anounce a new release 2.0 is coming very soon !
What's new in this new release ?
- add support of MAMP 1.8.4 (support of 1.7.2 is removed, but SPMPT 1.7.2 still available)
- update to Trac 0.11.6
- update Subversion to 1.6.9
- add support of Snow Leopard 10.6 (and Leopard 10.5, but not Tiger 10.4)
- update to Python 2.6.4

It's the easier wait to get a versioning environment, with a subversion server on your Mac.

I know many people are waiting this new release since 1 month, thank you for your patience.
People who buy SPMPT will see this new version in there own download folder.

I'm proud to present you a new release of SPMPT, 1.3 (beta).
New : subversion 1.6.1 (1.5.4), python 2.6.1 (2.6), trac 0.11.5 (0.11.2)

How to testing :
Save your current MAMP folder download and install MAMP again in /Applications/MAMP/
Install this new package. If you have any problem please report them in comments and restore your original MAMP folder previously saved.


Hope this release doesn't contains bugs :) !

SPMPT : new Release 1.2 (many fixes !) (svn4mamp become SPMPT)

Today I come back with a new release of SPMPT for MAMP. This time, I take more time for testing and re-testing installer package. The new package work very well with a clean installation of MAMP, but both on a older installation. I include SetupDemo, a new script which create a SVN and a Trac environment. Now SPMPT for MAMP Works Out of Box!. Your svn server on mac in few clicks !

- fix svn-python binding problems
- fix rights on python, trac, libsvn
- fix httpd.conf update
- add SetupDemo.sh during installation
- tested succefully on clean MAMP 1.7.2 Install

Please test it !

Trac SVN Python available for MAMP, your SVN server on your Mac

Hi!
two weeks ago, I talk you about a package for SVN (subversion) for MAMP (spmpt).
Today I'm glad to tell you, I include Python (2.6), ModPython (3.3.1), Trac (0.11.2.1) and well Subversion (1.5.2) in a new package for MAMP.
This package allow you to setup with few steps a perfect versionning environment based on SVN and this amazing Trac.
Download and install the package
Create your local svn repository (svnadmin create /path/to/repository)
Create your local trac project environment (trac-admin /path/to/trac-project initenv)
Configure svn.conf and trac.conf and include them in httpd.conf or ssl.conf with the rights paths
Reboot MAMP ! and get your subversion server on your Mac, with very nice GUI Trac.
