SPMPT 2.1RC1 : mod wsgi is comming

Hello,
Python and Trac, two importants pieces of SPMPT are updated :
- Python from 2.6.4 to 2.6.6 (changes)
- Trac from 0.11.6 to 0.12 (changes)
- mod_wsgi 3.3 (NEW) better performances
- mod_python still exists and you can use both mwsgi or mpython

They are coming in SPMPT 2.1 very soon.
